I use Pearson for my class materials, usually when I’m trying to get homework done between other stuff, like grabbing coffee or half-watching my dog stare out the window. Most of the time the login works okay, but every now and then it signs me out or makes me reset something right when I’m in a hurry. Once I actually get into the site, everything mostly works and I can find what I need. It’s not awful by any means, I just wish getting access was a little smoother and not so picky. Overall it’s fine, just not something I’d call my favorite.

booking my exam through pearson was simple, and I was able to find a time that fit my schedule. the check-in took a few minutes, but the proctor was clear, polite, and easy to deal with. i didn’t run into any major issues during the test, and everything loaded like it should. i was definitely a little nervous going in, but the whole thing ended up being smoother than I expected.

The site just works the way it should. I haven’t had any login problems or annoying loading issues, and the tests open quickly. It also saved my progress without any trouble. Kinda regret not using it earlier.

pearson worked fine after I finally got my college login connected, but the setup was more confusing than it needed to be. A couple links from our LMS sent me to the wrong pages, so I had to back out and try again a few times. That felt preventable. Once I got through that, it was okay for doing assignments. Not awful, just not the smoothest experience

I ordered my textbook and a few class materials from Pearson and it all came fast. Everything was in good shape when it arrived, no damage or anything. The tracking was kinda vague at times, could’ve been clearer honestly... but overall it was fine, no real problems

I bought an access code for one of my classes, and thankfully it came through without any issues. I was able to add it to my Pearson account quickly and get into the ebook and homework materials right away. I’ll admit I was a little nervous after seeing some mixed reviews, but once it worked, I felt really relieved. For me, the digital product did exactly what it was supposed to do, so I don’t have any complaints.

I was expecting the usual back-and-forth and hidden hoops they make you jump through, but they got my accommodations sorted out really quickly with no stress. Almost felt like someone behind the scenes actually wanted things to go smoothly for once. No complaints from me

pearson actually worked well with our LMS. Logging in was easy, and the grades synced without much hassle. I had one small issue at the beginning, but it got fixed quickly. Overall, it actually makes keeping up with class stuff a lot less messy for me

Overall, this was a solid test center. The place was clean and quiet, which I really appreciated because it feels only fair that everyone gets a calm environment to do their best. The staff were fine and handled things professionally. Check-in did take a little longer than I expected, and the room was cold, so I’d bring a sweater next time. Still, it was a good experience overall

I ended up cancelling my order, and I was expecting it to be a whole thing, but nope, the refund came back way faster than I thought it would. Support was really nice too, like I messaged them and, anyway, no hassle at all.

I did get my certification in the end, so that part was fine, but the delivery felt slow, although now that I think about it, it wasn’t terrible, just not as quick as I expected.

My only advice to anyone using it is to take a few minutes to look through the privacy and cookie settings, even though the privacy pages are long and not the easiest read. Overall, it seems fine to me, but it’s always worth checking your settings when you’re using a site for school.

A few of the scores felt a little off to me, though maybe I just wasn’t paying close enough attention at the time. Overall, it was mostly fine and did what I needed.
